What You Need to Know:

  • You must live in Dallas, High Shoals, Alexis, or Stanley to qualify.

  • We can help with one utility bill (electric, water, or gas) every 6 months.

  • If we assist with your bill, you must make at least one payment on your account during those six months before you can apply again.

  • Assistance amounts vary depending on the type of grant or funding available at the time you apply.

  • Funding is limited and not guaranteed, but we do our best to help as many people as possible.

We know how stressful it is to worry about losing basic services like power or water. Our team will review your application and reach out as soon as possible if you qualify for help. Please be patient as we work through requests.
